
Karen St. Jean

Karen has over 20 years of corporate experience including the role
of an Executive Leadership Development Coach
and has coached within senior and executive levels. Until recently Karen
was the Ottawa Managing Partner of a professional services firm that
provided services in the areas of leadership development, teambuilding
and retention included business development, marketing, staff management
and program delivery. Prior to that, she had been the Director of Human
Resources at DY 4 Systems and was involved in all Human Resources
aspects within a high growth public company. In addition, Karen brings
hands-on delivery experience of various management training modules
while she was employed with Learning International - currently owned
by Time Warner. Karen is well versed in the most effective strategies
and techniques for developing a high-performance culture and has faced
and successfully met three of today's greatest challenges; leadership
development, recruitment and retention. Her first-hand experience in
a demanding role makes for a clear understanding of organizational needs
and priorities.
Danny Osadca
Founder
Danny’s career spans over 33 years with significant experience in strategy
creation, growth management, international marketing, financings, turnarounds
and restructuring along with significant shareholder value creation. A majority
of his career was in a CEO role primarily in the public company environment in
addition to private company involvement. Danny was CEO of Med Eng Systems (a
private company specializing in electronic counter measure technologies and
protective gear) in 2006 after sitting on it’s board since 2004. Danny
successfully restructured and refocused the business until the fall of 2007
when it was sold for over $600 million to a TSE listed company. Danny was
appointed CEO of DY 4 Systems in 1989 when DY 4’s revenue was less than $15
million and requiring significant restructuring and financing. By 1993, the
company launched a successful IPO on the TSE and in 2001 the business was sold
to a NYSE listed company for $270 million. From 2002 to 2005 and 2008 to
present Danny founded and led the Osadca Group focusing on assisting companies
in developing strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Danny
has and continues to serve on multiple public and private boards. Danny has served
on multiple public company boards including DY 4 Systems, Tundra, Advantage Preferred
Share Trust Fund and AIT in addition to various private and not for profit boards.
Associates
